Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Dealership Logistics Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is detail-oriented, and values creating a smooth customer experience. You’ll be an essential part of our behind-the-scenes operations and customer follow-up efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate vehicle pickups, deliveries, and transportation Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected, cleaned, and photo-ready Track inventory movement and help prep cars for sale Organize titles, keys, and vehicle documentation Call prospects to follow up on leads and schedule appointments Assist with after-sale tasks like tag, title, and registration follow-up Communicate with vendors and inspection stations as needed Provide general support to keep dealership operations flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and a great attitude Dependability and self-motivation — you’re someone who takes initiative Excellent phone and people skills — you’re comfortable talking with customers Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Prior dealership, customer service, or logistics experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person
