position directs the technician team schedules and monitors service work. The position is responsible for scheduling, assigning, and dispatching Technicians to successfully complete the installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical service to meet customer requirements. This position tracks work orders, dispatches work orders, contacts customers and update spreadsheets and platform. The Service Coordinator team is responsible for supporting all facets of the customer’s field service experience throughout assigned territory in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible. Handle incoming calls & emails from customers, sales channels and technicians. Schedule and prioritize technicians for service calls and dispatch to customer sites. Provide professional and timely confirmation of service schedule and visit date to customers. Reschedule & Reassign calls as needed to accommodate urgent or high-priority customer needs. Customer follow-up to ensure their needs were met and/or scheduled additional Service if necessary. Maintains responsibility for service job quotes, work orders and technician generated documentation, including: Field Service Reports (FSR’s), Technician time, expenses, parts requests, Request for Quotes (RFQ) on additional work needed. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Professionally handle heavy incoming emails interactions. Remain flexible to take on other key assignments as requested. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone skills and high-level attention to detail. Must be customer focused and highly responsive. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Communicate with department employees, dispatching to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations. Ability to prioritize workload to successfully meet deadlines Attention to detail and excellent follow-up ability Demonstrates proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite

  • Outlook, Excel and Word Must have strong verbal & written communication Must be willing to work on-call shifts (remotely)
