The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their automotive repair experience. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as main point of contact for customers receiving Express repair work in our dealership service department Responsible for identifying, selling, and documenting services for customers Advise customer on necessary and recommended services, offer additional services & repairs when appropriate Enter estimates and cost on service order and explain costs to customer Schedule follow-up appointments with customer Maintain CSI at or above company standards Document services performed Communicate directly with foreman and technicians regarding the status of service work Continuously learn new information and participate in required training Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a process-driven, fast paced environment Valid driver’s license and good driving record Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
