We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Representative with Opera system experience to join our friendly and dynamic team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impression and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable stay.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform check-in and check-out tasks with efficiency and warmth Manage online and phone reservations Provide clear and helpful information about rooms, rates, and amenities Verify payment methods and register guests with accuracy Welcome guests, assign rooms, and assist with personalized services for VIPs and event attendees Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and guest-ready Upsell additional facilities and services as appropriate Maintain accurate booking and payment records Enroll guests in the IHG Rewards program and deliver exceptional experiences to members Complete other tasks assigned by the management team
What We’re Looking For:
Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role Hands-on experience with the Opera PMS system (required) A positive attitude and strong customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Prior IHG experience is a plus If you’re dedicated to hospitality and eager to grow in a supportive and welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!
