The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. The ELP (Emerging Leader) will assist TOPPAN in providing solutions for our all areas of the business . As an Infrastructure ELP, you will be immersed in a variety of activities that support the deployment and maintenance of our global endpoints, networks, or server environments. The ELP will gain first-hand experience in the use of the day-to-day tools and processes to support these global environments. The ELP will work closely with hardware and software engineers in testing and troubleshooting technical issues while providing quality assurance checks on installed products. The ELP will be involved in resolving level three helpdesk support tickets received from Service Now including the investigation of user issues, identifying problem sources and a recommendation of a possible solution. A successful Emerging Leader Program will allow the candidate to gain insight and first-hand experience in the daily technical support processes used by TOPPAN’s IT Infrastructure team. This position will provide an educational / learn by doing opportunity and encourages the ELP to provide process improvement feedback. - including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation We look for students who: Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business by May 2025 or December 2025 Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area) Proven leadership experience Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment Technical aptitude Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000. The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
