Job Description

Project Overview:

The Lead Outreach Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls to “leads”—individuals who have expressed interest in education resources. The goal is to engage these leads, build rapport, and encourage them to enroll in our programs. This role involves following up on “warm” leads, acting as a consultative partner, and closing the lead. While there is no sales quota, performance metrics and KPIs are in place. 100% remote | equipment provided.

  • Must be flexible to work all 7 days of the week. Schedules will be assigned after 4 weeks of training. Associates will work five 8-hour shifts within the hours of operation. Monday
  • Friday 8am
  • 9pm EST, Saturday 9am
  • 6pm EST, and Sunday 10am
  • 6pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:

Educate and support families about our online program using a consultative approach. Strive to meet registration goals and contribute to business growth. Handle objections and concerns professionally. Manage inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries. Register families using our education management system. Understand state enrollment requirements to determine eligibility. Maintain accurate records in SalesForce and the Education Management System. Ensure student records comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1-2+ years of call center experience. Preferred experience with outbound calls. Sales or related transferable experience preferred (upselling, retention, collections, enrollment, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and families. Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce. Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
