As we continue to expand, we are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Agents.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and upselling products or services when appropriate Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in an accurate and detailed manner Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed performance targets Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Continuously develop and improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong phone presence and active listening skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to work well in a team and independently Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed
