Job Description
Express is partnering with a local company to hire Customer Service Associates with at least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or call centers. We are looking for individuals with motivation, tenacity, and a competitive spirit who thrive on getting things done!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to consumers Answer inbound and outbound calls Respond via email communications Gain hands on experience with company products
Requirements:
Must be able to type at least 30 wpm Experience with Microsoft 365 especially Outlook, Excel & Word 1+year’s of experience in or call center preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
