Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service Answer phone calls (10-15 calls per day) Provide customers with order updates Follow up with customer requests to ensure their needs are met Answer e-mail and other online platform messaging system questions Develop customer relationships Address customer questions and complaints with creative solutions Assist in order fulfillment Assist various departments with customer communication Skills Customer service must be your number-one priority Should be a self-starter, driven to be the best at what you do Comfortable interacting with all personality types Ability to handle all situations with professionalism Must be friendly and upbeat Comfortable answering phones and answering online messages Excellent organizational skills Superb communication skills Strong writing skills

Punctual Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience Familiarity with Google platforms (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) Experience with eBay is a plus Successful completion of background check and drug screening Ability to sit in one location for longer periods of time Only candidates offered interviews will be contacted.
