In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they’re calling to schedule a service, ask questions, or need help with an account. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, a great communicator, and ready to make a difference in each customer’s day. What You’ll Be Doing Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with professionalism and care Help customers book services and provide basic pest control information Make follow-up calls regarding billing, service reminders, or appointment scheduling Work closely with our field team and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Resolve customer concerns calmly and efficiently, or escalate when needed Maintain accurate records and manage customer accounts What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Positive attitude with a natural ability to connect with people Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems High school diploma or GED Preferred (but not required): Experience in customer service, administrative, or call center setting Why Join Us?
