The appropriate candidate will have healthcare experience and a home care agency background or equivalent skills. This job will include scheduling and administrative duties, such as filing clinical and HR records, report logging, and making follow-up phone calls as necessary. The candidate will assist administrative staff with completing designated duties as assigned. Basic computer skills are necessary. The candidate may also be asked to cover a client if an in home aide calls out and the CSR has expereince. Rotating weekend on-call phone coverage required. Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
