Summary We’re looking for a customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team and be the key liaison between our service department and valued customers. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service by welcoming customers, actively listening to their repair needs, and conducting initial RV inspections upon arrival. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between customers and the service department. Assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs or services. Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to optimize efficiency. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Basic knowledge of RVs and automotive systems and repair processes is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
