Role:
The Service Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the car dealership industry. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly. The Service Consultant will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution. By understanding customer preferences and feedback, the consultant will contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to create a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business and strengthens the brand’s reputation.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in business or a related field. Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail software such as Reynolds & Reynolds.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Document customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
