Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Collision Center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need auto body repairs, accident assistance, and related services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience from drop-off to pick-up, while coordinating closely with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional, courteous manner and assist them with the intake process Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines using internal software systems Communicate effectively with customers about repair status, insurance claims, and estimates Maintain accurate documentation of repair orders, customer records, and payment details Work closely with insurance adjusters and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with estimators and technicians to ensure accurate and timely repair updates Process payments, handle insurance billing, and provide receipts and documentation Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area Promote a positive company image by delivering excellent service at every customer touchpoint
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred Previous customer service experience (automotive or collision center experience is a plus) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and repair terminology is a plus Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
