Responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base Forward facing customer sales and interactions Maintain the highest level of communication throughout repair order cycle Generation and management of repair orders Scheduling and communication with technicians Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting Ability to use a computer and dealer operating system Strong organizational skills and time management Problem solving abilities Familiarity with common accessories for marine applications Professional communication oral and written High School Diploma or Equivalent Passion for the marine industry Preferred Experience (Not Required) Lightspeed EVO Sales Experience Dealership experience Marine Experience Familiarity with technical components and terminology for marine applications Benefits Base salary and performance based commission Partial employer paid insurance after 90 days 4% 401k match after 90 days Paid time off Dental and vision insurance plans Employee discounts on purchases
