We’re looking for a Front Desk Retail and Guest Services Advisor! As aFront Desk Retail and Guest Services Advisor you will have an opportunity to help inspire our students, guests and team members! Responsibilities:

Creating a comfortable relaxing unparalleled experience for our service & retail guests Working with students and embracing the culture and mission of AVEDA Providing students a true salon/spa life experience Offering students the knowledge to be successful in the salon/spa with retail products and at home care to recreate the look at home Providing AVEDA services and rituals that are expected from our brand Working in a culture that is nurturing and rewarding with opportunities for growth

Requirements:

Salon/Spa knowledge, interest or experience Ability to work in dynamic team environment Someone who doesn’t know everything! Wants to learn and grow in the beauty industry Fun, outgoing and personable Enjoys working with people in a high touch culture Self-motivated Able to educate students on professionalism and lead by example Occasionally be able to lift 30 pounds
