We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Experience / Front Desk Associate to join our team and be the welcoming face of Lune Spark.
Job Description:
As a Customer Experience / Front Desk Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Lune Spark. You will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries. Manage class registrations, payments, and scheduling using our booking system. Provide information about our programs, classes, and events. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for students attending classes and camps. Handle any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Support the coordination of events, workshops, and special programs. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Ensure that all students and parents have a positive experience, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management software is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, positive attitude, with a genuine interest in helping others. Passion for the arts and an appreciation for creativity is a plus.
