Customer Service Operations Leader 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 708 Market Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 Overview We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Assistant General Managers to join our AL’s Burger Shack team. Our Assistant Manager at the Southern Village location is being promoted to General Manager at AL’s in Apex, so we need to backfill his position in Chapel Hill, and also hire an Assistant for him in Apex. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within quick service fast food restaurants or similar environments. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high levels of customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, promoting a clean and safe kitchen environment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control. Maintain POS systems for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
