Job Description

Individual will be required to work between 24 – 32 hours per week, some weeks may be 40 hours and other weeks 16 hours. Hours worked each week will be based on workload.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalency desired. Additional computer training beyond high school is beneficial.

EXPERIENCE

One to two years, experience in a customer relations position desired.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

General knowledge of computers and office procedures needed.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS

Must have good communication skills and enjoy working with the general public. Main job function will be assisting customers and providing all necessary information to process request. Must be able to enter data in computer, answer the phone, operate two-way radio, type and complete other clerical assignments.

While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

This position is part-time, and hours worked will be established by workload. Most weeks will average 24-32 hours.
