West Ehringhaus Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Position Summary The Assistant will support both administrative and field operations. This role includes helping manage client communication, team coordination, scheduling, and occasionally assisting with cleaning prep or supplies. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, professional, and flexible with a “can-do” attitude. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily scheduling and dispatching of cleaners Handle customer communications via phone, text, and email professionally Help track appointments, follow-ups, and payments Prepare and restock cleaning supplies and materials Support team check-ins and assist with quality control Maintain client records and service logs Occasionally assist with light fieldwork or inspections Support the CEO with administrative or project-based tasks Ability to manage marketing 1. Leadership & Management Skills Ability to supervise and support team members effectively Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Can delegate tasks and ensure productivity standards are met Experience handling scheduling, training, or onboarding staff 2. Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional, polite, and clear when speaking with customers, staff, or vendors Capable of handling conflict resolution or client complaints diplomatically 3. Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once Proficiency in time management and prioritization 4. Technical/Administrative Competence Comfortable using technology such as scheduling software, spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets), and mobile apps Basic knowledge of office tools: email, texting platforms, checklists, etc. Can maintain accurate records (cleaning logs, employee check-ins, customer payments, etc.) 5. Reliability & Flexibility Dependable and punctual Able to adapt to schedule changes, emergencies, or special tasks Willing to occasionally assist in field work or support cleaners 6. Customer Service Orientation Understands how to create a positive experience for clients Friendly and approachable demeanor Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, administrative, or customer service role Prior experience in the industry (e.g., cleaning, retail, hospitality) is a strong plus
