Customer Service Representative Ron Corlew State Farm Insurance Agency 214 South Main Street, Roxboro, NC 27573 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing our policies and some sales experience. Insurance experience preferred but not required Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our Property and Casuality products. Deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our insurance offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress towards goals. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and sales Must have State Insurance License Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions tailored to client needs. A proactive approach to learning about new products and services offered by the company.
