As a AT&T Customer Service Representative you will work with customers to educate them on the wireless devices that can best suit them with their communication, range, storage and connections. The AT&T Customer Service Representative will solve problems, and help customers find solutions to enhance their daily lives.

AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Professionally connect with customers to explain AT&T’s wireless services and highlight the new features and benefits Greet customers, present services and answering questions to help them understand their wireless options Provide taylor recommendations on products and services that are specific to the needs of customers and process sales orders Educate customers on latest promotions, bundles, and wireless packages for potential updates Maintain accurate records of customer, interactions for feedback Collaborate with team members to improve daily performance and service quality

AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Enjoys helping others and is comfortable in a customer service and sales role The ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport Reliable, punctual, and self motivated Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality Comfortable with technology tools and basic data entry for sales orders
