Call Center Representative Position Available In Pitt, North Carolina

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of recentexperience in a high-volume call center (Candidates who do not havethis experience will not qualify for this role)
• High schooldiploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in aproduction-based environment
• Strong verbal communication,conflict resolution, and time management skills

COMPENSATION &SCHEDULE

• $15.00/hour
• Mandatory overtime required — scheduleflexibility is essential

Core Hours:

Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-9:00PM

End-of-Month Shifts:

Full-day coverage (7:00 AM-8:00 PM or8:00 AM-9:00 PM with two 1-hour breaks)

Sunday Shifts:

Required1-2 times quarterly; additional Sundays may be needed for month-end

Holiday Coverage:

Most holidays open to temporary staff andvolunteers Anything over 40hrs/week will be considered Overtime andwill be paid at time-and-a-half

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executehigh-volume outbound calls using company-approved scripts andcompliance guidelines
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthlycollection metrics and performance benchmarks
• Negotiate realisticpayment solutions with empathy and professionalism
• Document allcommunications and account actions accurately in system platforms
• Identify and escalate customer issues as appropriate

CORE TOOLS &SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Collection-specific CRMsand proprietary systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bilingual(English/Spanish) fluency
• Familiarity with FDCPA and call centercompliance standards
• Exposure to financial services or healthcarecollections
