  • DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions
  • Research possible solutions to customer issues
  • Sell / Up sell products on customer’s account
  • Retain customers wanting to cancel
  • Deescalate angry customers
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task
  • The ability to type 25 wpm
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Skill to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to handle a high stress environment
  • Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Must pass a Background and Drug test
