Job Description

Express is hiring a Customer Service Representative with technical aptitude for a local company in Asheboro. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating computer systems, demonstrate intermediate knowledge in QuickBooks along with understanding basic accounting knowledge. Microsoft Excel and Word will be used daily, and the candidate will need the ability to learn the CRM software the company uses. Duties include interacting with customers via tickets in the support center and over the phone. Assisting customers, trouble shooting and gaining access to products they’ve purchased. Onboard customers to help them begin using software they’ve purchased, Track open tickets, follow-up as needed and work to resolve any issues on behalf of the customer.
