Hiring a Customer Service Representative in Asheboro. The idealcandidate will be proficient in navigating computer systems,demonstrate intermediate knowledge in QuickBooks and basicaccounting knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word toinclude the ability to learn the software CRM in which they willsupport. Duties include interacting with customers via tickets inthe support center and over the phone. Assisting customers, troubleshooting and gaining access to products they’ve purchased. Onboardcustomers to help them begin using software they’ve purchased,Track open tickets, follow-up as needed and work to resolve anyissues on behalf of the customer.
