We’ve been family owned and operated for over 47 years and have traveled over 28,000,000 miles over the past ten years, bringing happy customers to destinations across the US. As Sales Support, your daily task is taking care of customers who are looking to charter an entire motorcoach for their church, school, team, or any kind of group you can imagine. You will work directly with multiple Account Executives to assist them in looking after customers who have already booked their tour. While they are responsible for finding and growing a client base, your focus will be on providing the best customer service to the client who booked, the client who rides on the vehicle, and to the driver on the trip, by providing excellent information in a clear and understandable format. Assist Account Executives in overseeing booked charters for various groups of 25-500 mostly across the East coast, with some venturing across the US and to Canada. Must be comfortable working with groups of all types, ages, ethnic backgrounds, political affiliations, etc. Needs to be a self‑starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and independently follows through on tasks to support both the team and our customers. Strong desire to learn about our system of operations, how we do things, and best practices when working in this industry. Needs to constantly evaluate ways to be more efficient and accurate at the same time. Enjoys working in a positive industry, where you get to talk to folks about vacations, field trips, etc. Candidates should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks easily Must be comfortable on computer, as large component is typing and preparing itineraries for our drivers. Occasional and infrequent work outside of the office may be required – conventions, trade shows, training, customer presentations, etc. Participation in our paid Customer Service After Hours On-Call program on an infrequent, rotational basis. Hours are 8:30 – 5:00 Monday thru Friday Travel, health and retirement benefits provided.

Starting Pay Range:

$33,000-37,000 plus monthly/annual bonus
