Marvin is seeking dedicatedindividuals to join our Customer Support Group . Technical ProductSupport Representatives learn the Marvin Product Collections insideand out to deliver a world-class level of customer service bothinternally and externally. In this role, you’ll provide answers and support to our dealers,distributors, and internal staff. Frequent questions includetechnical information, pricing assistance , structuralrequirements, product limitations and recommendations, and CADdrawings for Marvin Product Collections. But wait, there’s more!

This role has the potential to grow into an architectural supportrole in the future. You’ll be a great fit if you have strong computer skills andexperience with AutoCAD, drafting concepts, and the constructionindustry. Top-tier customer service skills and an passion forlearning are also of the utmost importance for this role. Marvinwill provide extensive training on our products and processes tothe right candidate. Highlights of your role:

Provide responses to our customers’ requests for technicalinformation, limitations, and the capabilities of our product Manage incoming inquiries by using available material resourcesand/or collaborate with product experts to advance the resolutionof our customers’ questions in a timely manner Provide product pricing, estimating, structural analysis,AutoCAD working drawings and any other special calculations asneeded Cross-functional teamwork with product options and productionabilities. Assist with the support and development of our channel partnersand trade professionals

Compensation:

$21.00 to $25.00 per hourYou’re a good fit if you have (or if you can): Strong PC skills and ability to learn AutoCAD and MS Officeapplications Understanding of drafting concepts and knowledge of theconstruction industry Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, confidence inmanaging priorities and timelines, organizational skills andattention to detail Also want to make sure you have: 2-4 years related degree OR equivalent experience Ability to quickly learn Marvin products, systems, andprocesses Comfortability with applying basic mathematical skills A vailable working scheduled of Monday
