Responsibilities:
Answering calls with professionalism and empathy Processing payments accurately and efficiently Conducting collection calls with tact and resilience Managing weekly billing tasks with attention to detail Engaging in data entry tasks with precision Monitoring emails, texts, and other communication channels promptly Assisting with various office-related duties to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
A keen eye for detail and accuracy Proficient typing skills to handle tasks efficiently Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers Resilience in handling challenging customer interactions with grace A team player mentality, willing to collaborate for collective success Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to our rental software Location & Commitments Permanent, full-time role based in Salisbury, NC.
