Job Description
Fusion CX is seeking Offboarding Specialist to join our team.
Offboarding Specialists are required to pull orders, verify eligibility requirements, and complete transactions. Provide exceptional service by maintaining focus while working independently. They identify discrepancies and respond appropriately, collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. Specialists must be able to manage their workload, navigate multiple systems on their computer, and work a shift within the Hours of Operation on the program.
Responsibilities:
Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics, including production and attendanceMust possess a professional and friendly attitudeMust be able to work well independently and drive your own performance.
Billable must show no AUX code abuse.
Locating/researching information, and working with other team members to resolve issuesUtilize various systems and tools to initiate, assist and service customer accountsContinually maintain working knowledge of all company products and services.
Must remain proficient in all portal navigationsMeet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
Customer Service Skills:
Basic customer service soft skills to consistently build and maintain quality customer relationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic critical thinking skillsAbility to read, follow directions, and apply logical steps to finding resolution for customer issuesAbility to follow up on ordersAbility to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced working environmentMust be detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to multi-task
Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum 1-2 years of data entry experienceMust be FirstNet certified.
Must meet 90% attendance.
