Job:

Job Function:

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Data Entry:

Enter customer and vendor purchase orders.

Expediting:

Daily follow up from the time the order is received until shipped. Make notes in order tracking of order progress.

Production:

Attend daily production meetings and update necessary information to the ship list.

Problem Solving:

Assist Sales with any issues that are not handled by QA.

Invoicing:

Send DCs to accounting for billing of Commercial A and Direct orders.

Shipping:

Backup coverage when shipping coordinator is absent.

Export Documentation:

Prepare export documentation as needed.

Switchboard:

Back up coverage when Receptionist is absent or at lunch

On Call:

Share on call responsibility rotation as needed for weekend rush orders.
