Customer Service Representative Dubose Strapping Inc 1000 Industrial Drive, Clinton, NC 28328

Who We Are:

DuBose Strapping has ties to the strapping industry dating back to the late 1960’s. DuBose is a 3rd generation family-owned company headquartered in Clinton, NC with facilities in Crawfordsville, IN and Lima, OH. We manufacture steel and plastic strapping involving automated strapping machines, a variety of strapping materials, hand application tools and accessories.

Customer Service Representative Summary:

Responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products and services. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with our customers and sales force to process orders, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process all customer orders, requests for quotation, and/or inquiries promptly and acknowledge receipt of order to customer. Answers customer questions and work quickly to resolve any customer issues or complaints as they are received. Partners with sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns. Build customer relationships of trust through open, interactive, and accurate communication. Manages customer files and account information in a neat, timely, and orderly fashion. Types all correspondence for assigned customers and salespeople, including letters, emails, and quotations. Builds good communication and relationships with other departments to meet and exceed customer’s expectations. Provides prompt and accurate information to customer and/or salesman regarding order status updates and quotations. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
