Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries via email and in person. Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Process payments and handle financial transactions. Provide clients with information about our services, including grooming, medical treatments, and preventive care. Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computers and veterinary management software (experience with Evet (Pulse) or similar software is a plus). Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Must be comfortable working in a veterinary hospital setting.
