As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:

• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free of hazards.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, promoting sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring that customers are aware of available promotions and discounts.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Provide supervision and support to other team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills are an asset.
• Basic math skills are required.
