We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to help us better serve our customers. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and will be able to assist them with any problems or questions they may have. This position requires someone who can multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle phone calls Logistics Computer used Daily Dealer inquiries Customer inquiries Working with construction crew to provide up to par customer service Dispatching Excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry for orders and customer information Answer general questions Assist customers with a warm and professional attitude Set up client appointments Manage client records Provide policy and service information Resolve customer information and complaints Responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory Respond to claim inquiries Meeting deadlines Invoicing Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service background Proficiency in data entry and computers Ability to handle phone etiquette with professionalism Multilingual or bilingual proficiency a plus, especially in Spanish Experience in call center or client services roles Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making Comfortable with outbound calling
