We are now seeking an Entry Level Management member who is ready to take point as a team leader and a primary contact for our valued customers, guiding them through every step of their journey with us. Our Entry Level Management members responsibilities will include working alongside our current business owners, customers, and junior staff, acquiring new clients, providing services quotes, and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance customers overall experience. With the help of our experienced management, customer service, and sales team, you will learn to lead a team, train others, and sharpen skillsets as you work to ensure each customer has an overall stellar experience with us. As an Entry Level Management team member, you’ll play a vital role in connecting our customers to the moments that matter, whether it’s through their new devices, high-speed internet, or advanced communication services. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

Work with customers, ensuring that there is thorough communication being delivered during each step of their sales and service set up process. This includes but is not limited to building product sales quotes, going over product details depending on the service they are inquiring about, setting up the initial appointments if necessary and more. Our Entry Level Management members will provide an individualized experience for each customer and business owner Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade based on customer needs Collaborate with the team to promote and recommend additional products or services Negotiate contacts and close sales deals Overcome customer concerns by being knowledgeable in our clients offerings making you an expert in this role

Entry Level Management Requirements:

Experience in a customer-focused role such as customer service, management, sales, or similar role Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with customers Quick to learn and adapt, allowing for thorough understanding of the company’s product or service offerings Self-motivated and results-driven Reliable transportation

Entry Level Management Overview:

This position is a full time employment position located in Charlotte, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

Pay:

100% commission – $40-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new businesses and customers for their internet and wireless services
