Job Description:

As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with sales inquiries, roadside assistance, insurance questions, and general support. Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve basic inquiries, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls and messages professionally, addressing inquiries about sales, roadside assistance, and insurance. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively. Handle and document basic inquiries, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by listening attentively and responding empathetically to each customer’s needs. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service guidelines.

Qualifications:

Must reside in one of the following states: North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Georgia (GA), Virginia (VA), Vermont (VT), Michigan (MI), South Dakota (SD), North Dakota (ND) . High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of computer navigation and common applications. Typing speed of 25+ words per minute with accuracy. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
