• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, offering translation support when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.
• Stay informed about organizational procedures and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Address customer feedback constructively to identify areas of improvement.
• Handle sensitive account information with discretion and compliance to security protocols. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or tools is preferred.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
