In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service and quality product offerings. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
