Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling inbound and/or outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Assisting customers with a wide variety of needs, including account inquiries, billing questions, technical support, product/service troubleshooting, order updates, and general information De-escalating challenging interactions by listening actively, remaining calm, and offering solutions with confidence Recording accurate notes about each customer interaction using our CRM and support tools Meeting and exceeding key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates Collaborating with supervisors and teammates to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience Participating in regular team huddles, training sessions, and feedback opportunities to support ongoing development and communication across the department What You Bring to the
