Role:
As a Career Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in preparing students and graduates for employment in their chosen fields. You will work closely with students to secure externship sites, provide career guidance, and maintain strong employer relationships—all while ensuring our placement rates exceed accreditation benchmarks.
What You’ll Do:
Empower Students & Graduates Provide coaching in resume writing, interview techniques, networking, and job search strategies. Secure Externship Sites Collaborate with faculty to assign externships and establish new partnerships. Build Employer Relationships Connect with local businesses to create job opportunities and increase hiring partnerships. Achieve Placement Goals Assist graduates in securing employment, track job placements, and maintain accurate records. Teach & Inspire Conduct career development workshops and presentations to support student success.
What We’re Looking For:
12 years of experience in career services, staffing, recruiting, or sales (education industry experience preferred). Strong ability to build relationships with students, employers, and faculty. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently while meeting key placement and employment goals. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Full-time, two evening shifts (10 AM
- 8 PM) and two day shifts (8 AM
- 6 PM) and Friday 9 AM
- 1 PM).
