Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and fieldwork
- Make warm introductions to our estimating and operations teams — we close it, you don’t have to
- Ensure a smooth transition and follow up with clients to make sure they’re satisfied and that we’ve met their expectations
- Represent McCloskey Mechanical at trade shows and networking events
- Hit handoff and activity-based KPIs — effort is everything
- Follow up post-handoff to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction Why It Matters This role is about hustle, not polish. Compensation Structure:
- $40,000 base salary (paid weekly)
- Commission (paid quarterly and based on the net profit of the work you hand off; structure attached)
- Evening and weekend work will be required to effectively meet client needs as necessary Benefits
