Then look no further, come join the Thermo Direct family! We are looking for a Superstar Client Care Specialist/CSR to join our team. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Client Care Specialist/CSR Responsibilities Engage in inbound and outbound calling to secure the appropriate number of scheduled calls and club memberships required for successful service operation. Follow call scripts for quality and efficient responses to customers. Maintain daily call counts to meet daily and weekly quotas. Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the customer database. Ensure memberships are renewed and maintenance appointments are scheduled. Work with dispatch to schedule service calls. Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. Maintain professional image at all times. Participate in all company training classes. Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times. Abide by all standards of performance and ethics. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Client Care Specialist/CSR Must Have Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative/client care specialist Prefer 2 years prior industry customer service experience. Call Center Experience Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Function in a team environment.
