The role involves selling and promoting our high-end leather repair services, ensuring a premium experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information in person, via text and or email.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Educate clients about leather repair services, care techniques, and repair options.
- Quality inspections of leather goods to assess repair needs and maintain high standards.
- Actively promote and sell our services, knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or high school equivalent or equal experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of leather repair or leather assembly industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to quality service and willing to learn.
