The role involves selling and promoting our high-end leather repair services, ensuring a premium experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information in person, via text and or email.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Educate clients about leather repair services, care techniques, and repair options.
  • Quality inspections of leather goods to assess repair needs and maintain high standards.
  • Actively promote and sell our services, knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or high school equivalent or equal experience
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of leather repair or leather assembly industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to quality service and willing to learn.
