Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team in a remote, temp-to-hire capacity. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoy assisting clients and providing administrative support. The representative will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
• Assist with processing client requests, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes

• Perform general administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
