Summary The Client Specialist Team Lead will serve as Team Lead to Client Specialists in Market. Reviews, coaches, trains to drive Op Excellence/Quality Quarterly and as-needed reviews with RM input as well. Partners with assigned RM(s) and other Relationship Team Members and backs up other CSs as needed. Serves as a primary contact to clients for service and support.
