We’re hiring a Client Support Specialist to assist a key company executive in maintaining strong client relationships, preparing quotes, coordinating shipments, and supporting various sales functions. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts and ensure exceptional follow-through. Prepare quotes, track orders, and communicate updates to customers and the executive team. Conduct outreach to potential clients and schedule introductory calls. Participate in video conferences and phone calls in a professional and polished manner. Coordinate with manufacturing, R D, and quality teams to relay updates and gather information. Prepare and send customer samples and shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Monitor and assist with outstanding accounts receivable follow-ups. Assist with trade show coordination and provide logistical support for sampling and product showcases. Maintain and organize reports using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback and data analysis. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or marketing education a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a self-starter attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to handle a fast-paced environment and shift priorities when needed. Experience or interest in textiles or manufacturing environments is a plus (training provided). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and fluent in spoken and written English.
