Job Description

  • Customer Experience Specialist, Life Lending
  • The Customer Experience Specialist supports and enhances the customer experience for our Life Lending solution.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, financial advisors, and insurance professionals (“facilitators”), ensuring seamless onboarding, collateral management, and ongoing annual reviews. The Customer Experience Specialist is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about life insurance and premium financing structures.

  • Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • + Performs aspects of the loan process for their assigned relationship-based book of business.

+ Supports customers and facilitators with application submissions, documentation review, collateral perfection/management, requirement reconciliation, and annual review processes. + Builds and maintains strong relationships with facilitators, financial advisors, life insurance carriers, collateral holders, and internal stakeholders. + Tracks policy performance, premium payments, and loan structures to ensure compliance with financing agreements. + Proactively identifies and resolves customer concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience. + Prepares and sends loan packages and correspondence for execution. + Coordinates with Sales, Credit, and other internal stakeholders to published service level agreements. + Works closely with life insurance carriers and financial institutions on collateral perfection and documentation execution.
