At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). As a Customer Service Associate , you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of technicians. You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers (after trained).

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work Must be able to work M – Sat. with 1 day off

• Valid driver’s license or ID
