Customer Service Associate Woodplay of the Carolinas Raleigh, NC 27617 Since 1998, Woodplay of the Carolina’s has been the premier provider of outdoor playsets, trampolines and basketball goals serving NC and bringing smiles to kids of all ages! Our ideal candidate would have an enthusiastic positive attitude, be client focused and detail oriented. Loving children is a must as our business caters to families of young children and their grandparents. Professional appearance is key, dependability is critical and at least 5 years of retail and customer service is preferred. Daily duties include answering phones, greeting clients, data entry, generating and following up on estimates and ensuring the store’s professional appearance. We are a family owned business, so we depend upon a person, that once trained with our procedures, is comfortable completing multiple types of tasks, working at times independently and stepping up to help wherever there is a need. We are looking for someone that could work ideally Wednesday – Saturday 9:30-5pm. Starting pay based on qualifications and experience but the salary range is $15-20 per hour.
